We will spoon-feed everything to you. We just ask that you return or submit information to us in a timely fashion! That is polite for…DO IT NOW! Here’s a checklist….

DO NOW:

1. Enrollment Agreement
2. Check the CampMinder section to update personal contact information (ie.: tell us if your cell number changes).
3. Book your Visiting Day accommodations.

DURING THE WINTER:
(We will send you reminder notifications at the appropriate times)

1. New Campers receive their “welcome” gifts.
2. Complete the Camper Survey, Options Checklist, Baggage Shipping Information, and Medical Form. All forms and mailings are available on this website.
3. Order clothing uniform items.
4. Order your prescriptions, vitamins and medications through our MEDS AT CAMP program.

DURING THE EARLY SPRING:

1. Don’t forget to send us your summer vacation itinerary.
2. The PARENT GUIDE (and arrival instructions) will be mailed in the Spring.
3. When packing, be certain name tags are on everything!
4. New campers will hear from their Camp Big Sister/Brother.

LATE JUNE:

• Give a good kiss goodbye to your camper!
